Rigorous Exercise Not Required
We always encourage clients to be active and perform 20-30 minutes of walking, stretching or toning per day as activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, however rigorous exercise is not required for this diet to work.

The 4-Phase Protocol
In this phase, you’ll start on the Ideal Protein diet, eating 3-4 protein packets per day to provide your required daily nutrition. This diet reduces your carbohydrate intake, which pushes your body into a state of “ketosis”, in which it burns stored fat instead of sugar. This direct targeting of fat results in healthy weight loss that protects your muscles. This is important, as it allows you to maintain a higher metabolism – an important element in sustaining your weight loss once you start to adjust your diet.
Throughout Phase 1, you’ll have weekly meetings with your coach. These meetings will include a weigh-in, measurements and body composition analysis. Importantly, they are also an opportunity to discuss challenges, celebrate successes and consider new strategies.
Phase 1 continues until you have lost your desired amount of weight.
Once you have reached your desired weight, you’ll start the transition to sustainable maintenance of your weight. Phase 2 is when we start to increase caloric intake by introducing your own lean protein source to your diet, replacing one of your daily Ideal Protein packs. This is the start of a gradual shift away from relying on Ideal Protein and allowing you to eat regular food and will increase your metabolism in preparation for the next phase. Phase 2 will usually last for no more than 2 weeks.
As you enter Phase 3, the focus is on preparing for long-term maintenance of your new weight. You will start to carefully reintroduce carbohydrates and healthy fats, allowing your body to adjust and respond appropriately. This is a key step in the process and will set the stage for long-term success.
As you move into Phase 4, you’ll return to a balanced diet with the help of your personal weight loss coach. The focus will switch from your physical transformation to implementing healthy eating principles and adopting a lifestyle approach to maintaining your new weight. With ongoing support from your coach, you’ll learn how to shop, cook and eat for a healthy, new you. We’ll help you understand the potential pitfalls and how to avoid them as you embark on your new lifestyle.
In addition to the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method, what sets Ideal Balance Clinic apart is our strength in providing emotional and mental support throughout your weight loss journey. We aim to build a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel like you’re part of a larger community. Lifetime Membership Costs
$150 one time fee which includes access to weekly private and customized coaching, email support, access to Ideal Smart portal/app and lifetime support in your Lifestyle Living.
Weekly Food Costs
Weekly food costs: $90-110. This price will cover the 21 Ideal Protein Products required for one week.
$100/month. Supplements are an essential part to your health while you are on the Ideal Protein protocol. These are a requirement and can not be negotiated.
